Capitol Hill Block Party additions

Some very local, very TIG approved additions to this year's Capitol Hill Block Party (July 25 & July 26th) have been announced:

  • Fleet Foxes
  • Throw Me the Statue
  • The Cave Singers
  • Jaguar Love
  • Schoolyard Heroes

 

If you missed the earlier announcement, the CHBP has already confirmed a bunch of noteworthies: Vampire Weekend, Les Savy Fav, DeVotchka, The Hold Steady, Girl Talk, Chromeo, Kimya Dawson,The Dodos, U.S.E., Jay Reatard, and Akimbo.

Any other local favorites you wish would show up on the bill? Any rumors?
