The buzz in Boston town today is that the New Kids on the Block are supposedly playing a "secret" reunion show at suburban dive-and-a-half Club Rain tonight. What is for sure is that they're playing live in studio at Boston's Kiss 108FM today at 5 EST. I'm wondering who'll turn out for this — their fans from back in the day, for the nostalgia (ie: me and you and everyone we know; yeah, I had Hangin' Tough — on vinyl even), or the youngins' to whom their music would currently appeal most? Or, option three: Nobody! Eh, that's probably not likely, so expect to be bombarded with NKOTB reunion hype in the coming weeks!
